Frederick W. Gardner, CHP
Founder, ReNuke President
Fred grew up in the Midwest, graduated from Colorado State University in 1976 with an MS in Health Physics and was certified by the American Board of Health Physics in 1980. Fred met his partner and President of ReNuke, John Coffman at Colorado State, and has worked with John frequently since. Fred has managed radiological and industrial safety programs at both Department of Energy and commercial nuclear facilities. After starting his career as the Radiation Safety Officer at Fermilab, Fred was a radiological engineer at Rockwell International, and for 13 years lead the development of nuclear waste services at Chem Nuclear, where Fred developed a number of first of a kind projects, including response to Three Mile Island, the Denver Radium Superfund Project, the Isotek Source recovery projects and numerous facility decommissioning projects, including UMTRA. Fred joined American Ecology in 1992, became a consultant in 1996, and in 2002, Mr. Gardner founded DeNuke and was joined by John Coffman, CHP, which has grown to over $10 million/year in revenue. ReNuke was founded in 2006. |

John H. Coffman, CHP
President, DeNuke Contracting Services Inc
John was raised in New Mexico and graduated from Colorado State University in 1976 with an MS in Health Physics and was certified by the American Board of Health Physics in 1980. John met his partner, Fred Gardner, at Colorado State, and has worked with Fred on over a billion dollars of nuclear projects. John managed health physics operations at Rocky Flats, trained first responders at the Nevada Test Site, and supervised over 350 health physicists during the 18 year cleanup of 13 uranium mill tailings sites - the UMTRA Project. John has managed first of a kind projects including the Melton Valley TRU Project, response to hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma, and the 3 Building D&D Project in Oak Ridge. |

Ian S. Howard
Vice President and C.O.O., ReNuke
Ian grew up in southeastern Michigan and graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Business Management and Finance and spent 6 years in the U.S. Naval Nuclear Propulsion program. Since leaving the Navy in 1980, Ian has held technical and senior leadership positions in operations and business development with Kellog Brown & Root, Consumers Power Company and Duratek. At Duratek, among many diverse assignments, he led the transition for the acquisition of Scientific Ecology Group (SEG) in 1997 and later as Vice President led the Commercial Services Group. Ian has known Fred and John since the late 1990’s and joined DeNuke Services in May 2006 to develop its commercial nuclear business. During his 30 year plus nuclear career Ian has managed over 50 projects and operations employing as many as 500 and generating as much as $90 million in revenue per year. |

Joan Dick

Joan has been working in the engineering/DOE/Commercial Nuclear arena since 1996 and is well versed in the industry’s changing needs. She has 14 years of recruiting experience and obtained the C.P.C. designation (Certified Personnel Consultant) 2 years into her recruiting career. When asked what the most rewarding aspect of her job is she will tell you it is making a positive change in people’s lives and their career development. Joan joined DeNuke Services and ReNuke in the fall of 2006. |

Sue Agentis
Business Manager
Sue grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. She began her career as a Geotechnical Engineer working for several consulting firms before shifting to a position as a Field Engineer working for a specialty contractor at various nuclear power plants in the northeast. After seven and a half years in nuclear power and three children, Sue took a break from engineering and began directing and teaching in several pre-school and after school care programs so that she could be more flexible for her children. Sue joined DeNuke Services as one of its first employees in the spring of 2004. She is currently responsible for corporate affairs such as corporate insurance, 401K and healthcare benefits, contracts and supervision of the accounting department. |

Glen A. Rae
Vice President, Marketing & Sales
Glen attended Fresno State College and in 1966 entered the Nuclear Navy during the Vietnam War where he served aboard nuclear submarines as the Lead Engineering Laboratory Technician in charge of radiation and radiochemistry management.
In 1972, Glen joined Florida Power and Light at the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant in the Health Physics department and later served as the Radiation Protection Manager. After six years at Turkey Point, Glen jointed Chem-Nuclear Systems in 1978 and held various positions including Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Vice President, Business Development, Vice President New Disposal Site Development and Vice President of Operations.
After 15 years with Chem-Nuclear, Glen led the sales effort at NUKEM and subsequently Frank W Hake Inc in Memphis, TN where he served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing and an Officer of the Company. He was instrumental in Hake’s effort build their radioactive waste business and ultimatelyto sell their business to Duratek, Inc.
After the sale, Glen stayed with Duratek, now EnergySolutions, serving in various Business Development roles where he orchestrated obtaining an eight year exclusive fleet services contract with a major US utility, and subsequently became the Project Manager. In addition to this, Glen was responsible for significant market penetration in Canada and Mexico.
In March of 2007, Glen joined ReNuke as Sales and Marketing Manager, bringing over 40 years of a wide and varied experience. Glen has known John Coffman and Fred Gardner since their early days at Chem-Nuclear and worked with Ian Howard in the past at Duratek.

Mark McCormick grew up in West Virginia and graduated from West Virginia State College in 1992. Mark draws from over a dozen years of recruiting, management, and human resources experience. He has held recruiting leadership roles ranging from Technical Recruiting Manager to Director of Sales and Recruitment. Mark’s current role as Senior Recruiter is focused on helping ReNuke’s client companies achieve and improve their staff augmentation requirements.
